Fairmont The Palm, which opened in 2012, comprises of 391 guest rooms and suites and 10 Fairmont Heritage Place Residences within the main Hotel building. Located in a separate buildings on either side are a further 563 Fairmont Residences. The Arabic-inspired architecture resort, with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, also boasts six restaurants, gym, kids club, and an award-winning spa. Residence Owners have their own dedicated swimming pools and access to the hotel facilities and amenities including the spa and restaurants.
