Preferred Status Around the World
In addition to on-site benefits and privilege, Residence Owners are eligible to enjoy preferred status and recognition around the globe at more than 5000 Accor-managed hotels and resorts. Subject to an active membership in the Accor Ownership Benefits Program, these benefits include preferred status in Accor Live Limitless (ALL), a VIP reservation desk, preferred room rates across more than 40 brands, private homeowner exchange services at select properties and more.
At participating properties, residents can elect to participate in a managed rental program. Rental programs are ideal for purchasers who wish to generate rental income when not personally enjoying their home. When not in Residence, Owners may elect to have their home rented with the support of Accor's worldwide distribution network of more than 110 different channels, including apartmentsandvillas.accor.com. This is offered for select projects.
